The table and the diagrams provide information about the amount of people visiting the Ashdown Museum and their opinion on it 1 year before and after renovation.
Generally speaking, it can be clearly seen that both the amount of visitors and their satisfaction levels increased after the refurbishment. Notably, the percentage of people who did not provide any feedback remained stable.
More specifically, the total number of guests rose significantly during the observed period, going from 74 to 92 thousand. As the pie charts suggest, only 45% of them reported being satistified with their visit before the renovation, as opposed to 75% post-refurbishment. Moreover, the amount of those, who reported very high level of satistifaction also went up by 20%.
Consequently, the rate of dissatisfaction dropped dramatically. In detail, half of the guests were unhappy with their experience prior to the refurbishment, decreasing to only 20% in the following year.
