The table represents how many people have visited Ashdown Museum throughout two years – the year before refurbishment and the year after refurbishment. The pie charts illustrate the percentage of visitors according to their levels of satisfaction with the museum. Overall, the number of visitors rose considerably after the revamp, and a lot more visitors liked the experience after the refurbishment, while the amount of dissatisfaction decreased.
The year after the revamp experienced a great increase in the number of visitors, which went from 74 thousand to 92 thousand. The percentage of people dissatisfied with the museum was just over half as much as it used to be. Contrary to that, the number of very satisfied visitors rose significantly; it went from 15 percent to 35 percent.
The level of satisfied people went up by a third, reaching 40 percent. The percent of very dissatisfied visitors was originally recorded at 10 percent, halving over the course of refurbishment. The number of people who did not provide any feedback stayed at mere 5 percent.
