the table presents information on percentage of employers struggling to find workers in four sectors in 2003 and 2004. overall, among other four sectors,commerce was industry with the least problemstheanks to the decrease in each category. The latter are finding skilled workers, unskilled workers and technical and managerial staff.
Commmerce stands out as the as the sector with drops in percentages in every category. In terms of skilled workers, for example, employers in commerce reported a decrease from 47% to 41% in the given period. As for unskilled labours the percentage decreased from 22% to 10%, while employing technicalal and mangerial staff was the least concern,dropping from 4% to 0%
Although there was a positive tendency in finding technical and managiral personnel in other three categories, all of them generally struggled more in the latter year than the former. For instance, the percentage of employers complaining about finding skilled labour in manfucturing increased from 45% to 51%, registering the highest percentage. The proportion in building and services, on other hand, both increase to 45%. With the regard of unskilled workers, all thre sectors expreinced a rise ranging from a low of 20 in 2003 to a high of 29 in 2004
