Ten years later, there was a significant decline to 36% in male employees of the services and transport sector. In contrast, the business sector became the second most popular with 22% men engaging in, along with this was a rise to 6% building workers.
The percentage of female workforce started with 38% in agriculture in 1993, which is higher than that of men. Following this, there were 22% and 18% reported respectively in services and transport and manufacturing, whereas other fields accounted for under 20%. In 2003, the figure for females in agriculture plummeted dramatically to 8%, leading to a significant growth in the proportion of female workers in business from 7% to 25%.
