Overall, every years employers women increase rather that men. Men boss was be stability or have many change. For example,in tourism women have significally rise rather then men. Males works stability and not changes significally.

In 1990, more males be hirer in manufacturing then was 30%, but in 2000 they decline to 15 % that is to 2 times. Retail and shop all was be stability and don’t have changed 13%. But in health in 2010 they start increase. In 1990,in tourism they employers many more 13%, but in next years they decrease to 10%.

In 1990, women employers start grow every years gradually, but in manufacturing in 2010 percentages fall to 3%. In retain and shop they every 10 years grow only 1%. In this period they rise to 6% in health. In tourism they grow 2% every 10 years.
