The flat/apartment stood at 76%, which was approximately triple than the amount for Southberg area. Similarly, the figures for terraced house also remained remarkably high at 14%. In contrast, the figures for semi-detached and detached house were lower, which both stood at 5%. These values were significantly higher than those record for the remaining group.
By comparision, central area accounted for relatively more modest percentage levels overall. although detached house recorded a remarkably high value at 39%, the correxponding figure for flat/apartment was substantially lower at ony 15%.
