Overall, The proportion of men workers in catering increasing during the period, while the percentage of woman workers remained stable . In banking area both, the proportion of men and woman employers increased significantly. Also, education related jobs increased the percentage of men and woman workers, whereas in manufacture are were significant decline in proportion of workers for both – men and woman. The percentage of woman workers on education area was the highest during the tree whole years and among other professions, also the lowest proportion of workers in manufacture account for woman during the whole three years.

Men workers percentage in catering started from 16% in 1986 and increased up to 22 % in 1996. This proportion did not change in the last year.
