The table illustrates the pecentage of women who occupy govern positions in three different companies from the years 1975 and 2015.
Overall, a significant rise in the number of female governessess can be seen in each given company. However, the biggest one can be seen in Eldan Ltd company.
Having looked at the table, it can be said that Eldan Ltd company which has the smallest number of female in senior positions surpassed other ones at the the end of the period with the percentage of 64%. Bamforth Ltd company had biggest indexes than the previous one, and had been steadily rising up to around 50% in 2015. Whereas, indexes in the years 1980 and 2000 were 11% and 17%, respectively.
The company which had big opportunities for the constant leadership, in terms of number of women’s who rule there, consequently happened to be the last in 2015. In 1985, each company had the difference of 1%, Bamforth was the smallest one, and Finbury – the biggest, with the number of 15%. Throughout another 15 years rates had been rising, however, places did not change. Consequently, in 2015, Eldan Ltd and Bamforth Ltd surpassed Finsbury company, with the percentages of around 60% and just over 45%, respectively.
