The indices of women’s proportion participation in senior management in 3 distinct companies within the years 1975 to 2015 are depicted on the table. Overall, the percentages in all three companies, especially in the corporation Eldan Ltd, had been increasing with fluctuative rate for 40 years.
In detail, initially, being the indicator with the smallest value of percentage participation of women in senior management positions, the indicator of the company Eldan Ltd had possessed a microscopic scale of 3%. In turn, the corporations Bamforth Ltd and Finsbury Ltd had higher values of 9% and 16%, respectively. Subsequently, some non-significant changes in the percentage participation of women in senior management in three companies took place by 1985. By the year 1985, the indicator of Eldan Ltd increased dramatically to the point of 14%. In contrast, fluctuations Finsbury Ltd faced made its indicator diminish to 15% by the year 1985.
Furthermore, it is clear that the percentage rate in the Eldan Ltd has increased a lot by the year 2015, reaching the significant index of 64%. Similar tendencies are observable in the indicators of other companies as well. For instance, the percentage of the Bamforth Ltd increased to 46%, while the value of Finsbury Ltd grew to 26%.
