The table illustrates the proportion of women who participated in senior management companies from 1975 to 2015.
Overall, all three companies experienced an increase in the percentage of women in senior management roles over the period given. The figure for women’s participation in Eldan Ltd was the lowest percentage, while Finsbury Ltd participation was higher.
In 1975 only 3% of women participated in Eltan Ltd and over the years this number increased noticeably and reached 33% in 2000. The participation of women in Eltan Ltd company made nearly a doubling increase and at the end of 2015, the figure for participation of women was 64%.
The indicator for women who participated in Bamforth Ltd company was 9% in 1975 and slightly rose by 2015. The proportion of participation of women in Bamforth Ltd made up 17% in 2000, and went up to 46% by 2015. Unlike, the other two companies, more women participated in Finsbury Ltd in 1975 by 16%. From 1975 to 2000 the indicator for women who participated in Finsbury Ltd showed a fluctuation, in 1975 it made up 16% and in 1980 14%, in 1990 it was 22%, but in 2000 it was 20%. At the end of 2015, the proportion of women in senior management positions in Finsbury Ltd reached 26%.
