Overall, the participation of women has increased in each of the three companies. In which Finsbury Ltd comprises highest women participation whereas Eldan Ltd has amogst three in the year 1975.

In 1975, Finsbury Ltd has 16% of senior management role held by women whereas Eldan Ltd and Bamforth Ltd has only 3% and 9%. The participation of women is increased in one out of three companies from 9% to 11% in Bamforth Ltd and decreased in Findsbury to 14% and remained same in Eldan Ltd in the year 1980. After that percentage of position held by women in top management role has increased constantly.
