In the second company, women who work in senior management positions are at 9%, in 1975. This percentage has increased, up to 46% in 2015. The situation in Finsbury Ltd is different. In 1975, the percentage participation of women in senior management positions is at 16%; the next year, it decreases; and after, it again raises, being 22% of the total. In 2000, women who choosing senior management positions are at 20%, up to 26% in 2015.
Overall, the percentage participation of women in senior management positions increases in all three companies, being 64%, 46%, and 26% of the total, respectively.
