Turning to country B, the largest share of income was spent on Housing, at approximately 30%, which was higher than the figure for country A(20%), By contrast, spending on Food was lower (25% in country B compared to 32% in country A,), whereas Education made up a relatively modest proportion of total expenditure (12%)
