Talking about the table, the year 1 of West Africa’s projected costing is 10.5 million dollars and this is the largest share in all 5 years that they have. Furthermore, in year 2 is 7.5 million dollars that decreased approximately for 3 million. However, it is not the lowest, in the year 3-4 declined dramatically to 2.5 million dollars and reached the rock bottom. In year 5 the costings has grown a little for 1 million dollar and in result it was 3.5 million. Spending on the South-east Asia project rises dramatically from 30 million dollars in year 1 to 50 million dollars in year 4, and being stable till the year 5. In contrast, funding for Central America peaks in year 1 at 20 million dollars, dropping to 5 million dollars in years 3 and 4.
Talking about the pie chart, in the first year there are 50% of total was dedicated to set-up costs, while training and office expenses is quite the contrary have just 10% each. Additionally, salaries accounted for 30% and is 1/3 one of the total expenditure.
Overall, the South-east Asia has the largest and increasing datas in projects costings, while West Africa received lower funding comparing with Asia. Yet, Central America has fluctuated datas, so it is on the middle of this two countries. In year 1, most of projected expenditure was spent on set- up costs. However, there is also a sufficient amount on salaries.
