Overall, before refurbishment, majority visitors’ responses were negative, with a few positive attitudes. After being refurbished, most people responded positively, whereas the smallest number of visitors responded very bad or did not respond at all.
Year before refurbishment of museum, totally 68,000 individuals visited to the museum during the year. After survey, 42.9% of people were unsatisfied, whereas 30.8% responded good. However, the number of visitors who were genuinely satisfied with museum acccounted for just 13.2%, while 8.8% responded very bad and 4.4% no response.
Visitors started to respond more positively after the refurbishment of museum, with the total number reaching 89,000 visitors. Visitors responded good claimed at 45.9% more than people who very satisfied 30.6%. In contrast, 12.2% of visitors commented bad, and people with very bad responses and no responses, 5.1% and 6.1 respectively.
