In the year before refurbishment, a total of 68,000 individuals visited the museum. According to the survey, 42.9% of visitors rated the museum as “bad”, whereas 30.8% considered it “good”. However, only 13.2% of respondents were very satisfied, while 8.8% rated it as “very bad” and 4.4% gave no response.
After the refurbishment, visitor numbers increased to 89,000. The proportion of visitors rating the museum as “good” rose significantly to 45.9%, exceeding the 30.6% who were very satisfied. In contrast, 12.2% described their experience as “bad”, while 5.1% rated it as “very bad” and 6.1% gave no response.
