Overall, during the year before refurbishment there were fewer attendees than a year after. Comparing the level of approval, people gave more positive comments on the museum after the reconstruction than before it.
During the year before refurbishment, museum had 68.000 visitors in total. 42.9% of people complained about the museum, ranking it as bad. Other 30% described their experience as good. Lower percentage of visitants classify as very good or very bad. Only a tiny fraction of guests gave no response.
On the other hand, during the year after renovation, the museum received more positive responses from visitors. Number of visitants rose to 89.000. Compared to previous trends, the museum received a good overall response from 45.9% of visitors. Another 30.6% of visitors ranked as very good, while just around 17 gave negative feedback. Only a small proportion of the total provided no response.
