Overall, there are five countries which is mentionleed in the table and they are Australia, Egypt, Srilanka, Japan and United states. Basically australia has the equal percentage of women managers .on the other hand, Japan has the huge percentage of women workforce.

According to the table, countries like Egypt, Srilanka has less percentage of women workforce and women manager. Similarly, the women workforce and managers percentage number of this two countries are less than others.

In conclusion, Australia has 42 women workforce and 43 women managers, Egypt has 20 women workforce and 12 managers, Srilanka has 41 women workforce and 9 managers, Japan has 48 women workforce and 17 managers and at the last United states has 46 women workforce and 43 managers.
