The proportion of the female workforce in Japan is the highest among all countries, standing at 48%, followed by the US with 46%. Meanwhile, the rates in Australia and Sri Lanka have equal proportions, approximately 42%. In contrast, Egypt has the lowest figure among the countries, at just 20%.
Also, in terms of the percentage of female managers, Australia and the US have the largest and equal rates, at 43%. However, Japan and Egypt have much lower proportions of female managers, the former 17% and the latter 12% . Although Sri Lanka has the lowest figure among all countries, at 9%.
