The table shows the proportion of the women as a workforce and manager in five various countries.

Overall, Women as workforce seems higher while comparing to women as managers in the given countries. In a terms of normal work Japan has the highest percentage whereas in a manager Australia and United States has its peak number. While other countries looks constant comparing to these countries.

Australia, where women in higher work status is in 43% and, United States is also followed by same proportion. While they both are in same proportion, but in terms of workforce United States is higher with 48% where Australia is with 42%.

Srilanka, Japan and Egypt workforce can be seen as 41%, 48% and 20%. It has a huge number of women working in lower status. However in the position of managers it turns out that only few numbers of women has the high status work.
