The table compares the percentage female in the workforce and managers in five countries. Overall, the highest rate of workforce of women shows in Japan followed by US, Australia and Sri Lanka with the small difference across them, while the lowest figure was in Egypt females. As for female managers share illustrate the most noticeable share was in Australia and United States with similar ones, whereas the Japan, Egypt and Sri Lanka were the lowest percentage.
Starting with female workforce in five regions. The significant proportion contains in Japan and US female workforce with 48% and 46%, respectively. The similar gap between Australian and Sri Lankas’ workforce of the job were only 1%, at 42 and 41 percentages. Egypt was the lowest share inside them with 20%.
The women managers rate was not big how their workforce, but there were US and Australian leaders had same rate that made up 42% of much higher than others. The figure for Japan was 17%, even its rate in workforce was larger, while Egypt accounted for 12%. The most lowest percentage was in Sri Lanka, just below the 10%.
