While the teaching quality and library resources of McGill University slightly varied across the time period, sports and social facilities saw a stagnant rating.

From 2005 to 2010, both teaching quality and range of modules offered decreased by 2 marks and 8 marks respectively. Meanwhile, student services increased its result from 54 to a staggering 81. On the other hand, library resources rose to 88, while sports and social facilities remained unchanged at 65.

From 2010 to 2015, there was an increase in the results of both the teaching quality and the student services which rose to 78 points and a dramatic 95 points. However, while library resources decreased by 1 point only, the variety of modules offered saw a dramatic decline of 6 points. Similarly to the previous years, sports and social facilities remained the same at 65 points.
