The table gives information about the data of a survey to evaluate the levels of satisfication of members in one city sports club with 3 criteria: the exercises in club, equipments and the opening time.
According to the range of activites, male members are people who have the highest level of satisfication with 55%, 20% higher than female. There are a considerable differences between men who satisfied with 40%, 8 times as much as ones who are not satisfied. By contrast, a similarity can be seen in the data of female with 2 level of middle and low satisfication with 35 and 30%, respectively.
In terms of the club equipments, there is a striking resemblance between female and male counterparts with small differences. Both genders who are really satisfied make up around 63, 64%. The level of satisfication witnessed a mild disparity at 22% for femal and 27% for male. Moreover, members who have the female genders are not satisfied with the facilities take up 14%, 4% higher than male.
At the last criteria, female bears a substantial disparity to male in terms of opening hours. While female members are really satisfied with the time to open with 72%, approximately 20% bigger than satisfied, and the level of not satisfication stands at the last rank with 3%. For male counterparts, 44% are considered as the male who very satisfied with the hours, the level of satisfication stands at the other end of the scale with 19%, 16% less than men not satisfied.
