The table depicts the results of a survey carried out among male and female members of a city sports club about their levels of satisfaction with club’s activities, facilities and opening hours in three extents: very satisfied, satisfied and not satisfied at all.
Overall, while female members were more content with opening hours than male members, male ones seemed to be more pleased with activities’s choices. Moreover, the satisfaction levels of club facilities were more or less the same in all three categories.
In terms of range of activities, male members, as aforementioned, expressed higher delightment, with 55% which was 20% more than females. Whilst the percentage of satisfied clients were approximately equal, around 40%, the figures of dissatisfied customers witnessed a world of difference, with females at 30% and males at only 5%.
Regarding to club facilities, both genders were equally satisfied as nearly 64% of subjects of the survey were very satisfied while slightly more women showed dissatisfaction, at 14%, compared to men, at 10%.
Finally, according to the table, it is obvious to detect the disparity between satisfaction levels of female and males members, since 72% of the former were very satisfied but in stark contrast, merely 44% of male customers were satiated with the opening time. In addition, it can be inferred from the figures that more men were dissatisfied with this category, at 37% compared to solely 3% of women.
