Overall, there was a significant numbers in Mandarin Chinese and in English languages including the number of native speakers and users of an additional language. Meanwhile, both Arabic and Portuguese speakers showed the least total of numbers.
Mandarin Chinese included the highest number of native speakers, standing at 900 million, which is the most popular language among others. With an additional language it became as the second most common type of language at 190 million. By contrast, English presented an average number of native speakers, with 339 million, but its number almost doubled to roughly 603 million, showing the largest number in additional language.
Both Hindi and Spanish languages experienced almost the same numbers of mother-tongue speakers, making up almost 400 million numbers whereas in the second language it was nowhere near as popular as in native. Conversely, Arabic and Portuguese showed the least numbers of total, at 230 million and 213 million respectively
