The data for France and Germany stand at 25% and 22%, in their respective order. By contrast, the average proportion of European inhabitants’ salaries spent on entertainment is maintained at under a fifth, ranging from 10% to 19%. It is also worth noting that clothing is the least purchased item by the European citizens mentioned, with the figures for all surveyed territories being under 15%.
