The purpose of this report is to provide information pertaining the household resources proportion in a country of Europe between 1920 and 1980.
Overall, the budgets of housing,transportation and other increased,while for food and clothing saw a decline.Additionally,the figures related to healthcare remain almost stable throughout the period of 60 years.
From 1920 to 1960, domestic financial plans in housing climbed slightly from 26% to 29%,and then rise to 33% in 1980.Similarly, the use in transportation increased gradually to 24% in 1970 after reached 3% and 13% from previous year.After that,it rise one more percentage in the end of the timeframe.In 1920,other family amenities recorded at 9% before growing to 14% and the remain at this statistics till 1980.
While the aforementioned factors saw increased spending, the opposite was true for food and clothing. Specifically, families spent the highest proportion of their budget on food at 41% in 1920, before spending almost half compared to the initial year, reaching 19% by 1980. This downward trajectory was mirrored in clothing, with its rate starting at 17% before falling to a mere 5% by 1980. In contrast, despite undergoing marginal fluctuations, healthcare eventually finished at the initial level at 4%.
