The table illustrates the proportion of six aspects(education, healthcare, environment, shops, employment) of a city as good, average and bad in 2010, 1980
Overall, the healthcare, education and environment were in very good in both years. While the transport face much effect with the difference of time. However, shops and employement are quite same even after two decade.
For education they get increased about 82% with the difference of time. However, the bad percentage also increased about 4%. The healthcare fall downward in 2010 for 8% as it was 82% in 1980. But the environment score still the same did not get much effect of the time and in 2010 it is on 71%.
The shops get 4% decreased in 2010 while in 1980 it was trending on 64. whereas both the employment slightly increased in 2010 and reached at 72%. However, the transport drastically got decreased after two decade and get on 39%.
