From the Tables above, it can be seen that the education sector in 1980 are 72% good, 23℅ neithher good nor bad and 5% bad. While in 2010, it increases to 82% well, 11% netizen well or not well, and 9℅ not well. Moreover, in healthcare issue, the percentage in good aspect is higher in 1980 than in 2010, which it decreased about 8%. It emphasized that healthcare issue is not prepared well through these years.
For the Environment aspect, in 1980, 72% chose good, 10% picked middle option, and 6% decided bad. While in 2010, it go down about 1% in good category, 9% in mid category. This made a growth percentage in bad category, which is about 10%. Additionally, for shops area, 64% felt good, 24% felt so so, and 12% felt bad in 1980. In 2010, they decreased into 62% for good aspect.
In employment section, the survey taker feel it is better in 2010 than 1980, the score is go up to 10% for good aspect. However, transport aspect get decreased for arround 13%, which was intially 52% in 1980 to 39% in 2010.
To sum up, the highest increasing of appropriateness aspect is in education and employment sector. On the other hand, the highest decreasing of facility is in transport field.
