The table illustrates how club members and general members thought about three differents aspects of a theater based on the facilities, information provided and quality, in one town in 2012.
Overall, it is clear that the club members were most sastisfied with the quality’s theater and the faclities’s theater were rated as the best by the general members. In addition, both club members and general members were least pleased with the information provided by the theater.
In terms of club members, 72% found that the quality of the theater to be excellent. It is followed by the facilities and information with the total of 72% and 54% respectively. Moreover, the percentage club members rated the information as the satisfied was triple the quality evaluated by the general members, while 26% of club members were satisfied with the facilities’s theater. Club members were least pleased with the facilities and quality, accounted for 2% and 16% rated as poor for the information.
On the other hand, the total of general members were pleased wth the inforamtion, at 66%, 64% rated the faclities by general members as excellent and just 53% of general members ranked the quality’s theater as excellent. Additionally, the proportion of people rated the information as satified was half of the quality, while 24% of members said the facilities’s theater was satisfied. Furthermore, the information of the theater was ranked as poor by 14% of the members, while 8% at the quality and 7% for the facilities of the theater.
