Overall, almost all businesses showed an increase in all over the period except from 2015. The highest percentage was the case fir large companies, while small business shared the smallest percentage during the whole period. The figure for medium-sized interprises came a distant second in terms if using social media, despite having a decline in 2015 and sharing the same proportion with figure for small businesses in the very year.
Starting with large businesses, the vast majority of them used social media, which exceeded the other two figures by a large margin. In the first three years, the figure remained almost unchanged at around 78% — seeing a slight decline in 2014. However, in 2015 25-percentage-decrease was experience by large organisations which was almast the same as the percentage of medium-sized companies in 2016. This indication increased dramatically by approximately 30% and made up 80% all large companies in final year.
In contrast, for the majority of tge period, less than on in two small and mediuom businesses employe social nedia services in their work. Both figures started around 30% in 2012 and had a continuous increase in tge next two years, though medium sized companies showed much higher change. In 2015 both of them dropped to 30%, however managed to reach around 50% in the last year.
