The given illustration is composed of a table and two pie charts. The table illustrated how many visitors to Edinburgh Zoo meanwhile their level of satisfaction with the zoo are showed by the charts. The statistics were recorded in the previous year and the following year when 2 pandas were introduced.
In general, it is apparent that the percentage of visitors who was not disatisfied and very disatified dropped dramatically whereas the rate of pleased visitors rose significantly.
Looking first at the former year, the sum of visitors to the zoo was 74,000 people, in which 40% of them was satisfied with their experience, 10% visitors even found that very satisfying. In the other half, the zoo did not satisfy around a third of the total visitors, and made 10% of visitors felt very disatisfied. Notably, there were 5% people did not have response when being asked.
Turning onto the latter year, the number of visitors to the zoo increased by 8,000 compared with the former. There were 35% of visitors whose satisfaction level was very satisfied while the proportion of people who was only satisfied stood at 40% after two years. The next 15% of visitors were not pleased with their experience. The remain 10% were shared equally by those who were very disatisfied and did not respond.
