Overall,the number of visitors saw a slighlt increase ,especially after pandas reintroduction.Meanwile,distinct degree of satisfaction is clearly appearent in both years; before and after.Additionaley,the percentage of satisfied attending visitors has increased sharply after the pandas have been allocated to the zoo ,while the propotion of those were unpleased decreased.
Visitor number has gone up after panda’s allocation.Before pandas coming to the zoo,the number of attendees figured at only 74.000 ,this figure rose consistenly,reaching 82000 attendees ,making it the highest number.
In terms of visitors level of satisfaction,40 percent of tourists were pleased with their visit to the zoo.Over one thrid were unhappy visiting the zoo ,and only 10 perecent were very satisfied,this figure was equally with those showing their disconnection during their visit.By contrast,visitors expressed positively their degree of fulfillment ,after pandas allocation to the zoo,showing a clear interest .While the propotion of those satisfied remained stable at only 40 perecent in both after and before pandas reintroduction ,the rate of those who showed less interest decreased by 20 percentage points,and those who were very satisfied went up dramatically at 35 percent .
