However, the share of very satisfied visitors increased dramatically from 10% before the pandas arrived to 35% afterwards, making it the second most common response. By contrast, negative opinions became less common after the introduction of the pandas. The percentage of dissatisfied visitors fell sharply from 35% to 15%, a decline of 20 percentage points. Similarly, the proportion of very dissatisfied respondents decreased from 10% to 5%, indicating an overall improvement in visitor satisfaction.
