Overall, it is clear from the table that journeys made by car had the highest proprotion in all types of transport. Whereas, bicycle and other sectors were the lowest. However, the bar chart shows that no alternative car usage had the highest number.
According to what is shown, Canada has a high percentage in car journeys (90%). Although, low percentages in the remianed sectors, 3 per cent in public transport, 5 per cent in walking journeys, and 1% in both bicycle and other transports. In constant, Belgium has 72% in car usage, 12% and 11% in puplic and on foot transport respevtively. However, Germany had the lowest percentage in car travel (68%), and 18% in public transport which is the highest in all 3 countries.
In terms of most reasons people travel to work by car in Canada, the biggest reason was that there is no other alternative to use. Secondly, 30 people voted that car is needed for work, whereas almost 20 voted that it is convenient to use the car for work. Furthermore, nearly 10 votes went to that it is quicker or that some of them has work nightshif.
