The table gives the information about the percentages of female governmental and managemental positions in 2000 in different countries in the world.
As can be seen from the table, the proportion within five countries has the big differences, especially Uruguay was the lowest female’s percentages of total seals in parliament leaders, while the proportion of females in total manager made up a high percentage.
The highest figures were recorded in Norway, at 36%, while Uruguay was the country which had the lowest percentage of females in parliament leaders, at 8%. Canada was the country where women were recorded 28% of the total seals in parliament leaders. Tobago and Trinidad had the same percentage of total proportion, at 19%. The last country was Italy, having the second lowest percentage of total women in the parliament, just 10%.
The total number of female managers in Italy and Norway took the highest percentages, at 54 and 52 respectively. Tobago and Trinidad were one of the counties that had the average proportion of female managers, at 40%. 37% was the percentage of two countries, including Canada and Uruguay.
