On the table it shows the proportions of pupils attending four secondary school. Additionally, it illustrates types between 2000 and 2009. It can be seen that secondary school attendance have a large amount of types of school. For instance, specialist schools, grammar schools, voluntary-controlled schools and community schools.
In detail, voluntary-controlled schools in 2000 it have up to 52% of pupils. Grammar schools have 24% of pupils and the two last types of school are specialist schools and community schools which have 12% of pupils.
The other years are not so different, secondary schools attendance, in 2005 are, voluntary-controlled schools have the highest attendance rate of 38%, community schools have the second greatest attendance rate of 32%, grammar schools have 19% and the lowest attendance is specialist schools.
Even though, the last place of secondary schools attendance is Community school. It has overtaken all other types of school. In 2009, community school has expanded from 12% to 58% of pupils. Subsequently, the attendance rate of voluntary-controlled schools, grammar schools and specialist schools are 20%, 12% and 10% in respectively.
