The tables and pie chart illustrate the results of a satisfaction survey conduct on a new shopping complex in Auckland, New Zealand. The survey focused on three specific aspects, shops, restaurants and overall design of the complex.
Overall, men generally were more satisfied with restaurants, whereas women showed greater satisfaction with shops.In addition the majority of people were satisfied with the design of the shopping centre.
To begin with , female shoppers were much more positive than males with shops, 34% choosing very satisfied compared to only 17% of men. However more men 45% were satisfied than women 37%.Exactly 20% of both males and females were dissatisfied, while 18 men and by half women were no comments. In terms of restaurants, men were very satisfied with 25% and women at 27% respectively. 55% men were satisfied which was higher ratio compared to all survey results and 32% women were satisfied. Only 5% men were dissatisfied with the restaurants and three fold women were dissatisfied. Moreover 15% men and 20% women were left no comments.
On the other hand, majority of people satisfied with design of complex at 62%, while 17% very satisfied. In contrast one tenth were no satisfied and no comment about the design of complex.
