The tables and pie chart summarise the results of a survey, reflecting people’s reactions and satisfaction levels by gender to a newly oppened shopping complex in Aukland, New Zealand.
Overall, customer feedback was overwhelmingly positive, the level of satisfaction with both the facilities and the shops was high, while dissatisfaction accounted for a small minority.
Regarding to facilities, men were more likely to show their satisfaction, at 45%, compared with 37% of women. However, women expressed greater enthusiasm, as 34% described themselves as very satisfied, while males made up exactly half that of females at 17%. Dissatisfaction levels were identical for both genders at 20%, while men were twice as likely as women to give no comment, at 18%, compared with 9%.
As for opinions about the shops, male respondents were again more positive, with a combination of 80% (55%, 25%) expressing satisfaction or high satisfaction. Meanwhile, female responses were slightly less favorable, as 59% reported positive views, while dissatisfaction and no response were high, at 21% and 20% respectively.
According to pie chart, 62% were satisfied and 17% very satisfied, while dissatisfaction accounted for just 11%, and 10% of participants did not comment.
