The tables and pie chart below show the information about the satisfaction level of a survey of a new shopping mall in Auckland, New Zealand.
Overall, a larger percentage of participants are satisfied or very satisfied with the shopping complex than those who were dissatisfied and had no comment.
To begin with, 17% of male participants are extremely pleased with the shops while this figure for customers is twice as much. At the same time, the percentage of male users who feel satisfied with the stores is higher than this for females with 45% compared to 37%. Interestingly, the percentage of male and female shoppers who feel dissatisfied with the shops is the same with 20%. Moreover, 18% of male and 9% of females don’t have any comments about their experience in a new shopping complex.
In terms of restaurants, the proportion of female shoppers who feel very satisfied is higher than this percentage for male with 27%. 55% male participants feel pleased with restaurants, considerably higher than 32% of the opposite gender. Only 5% of male users feel unhappy with this while the percentage for female customers is 21%. The proportion of male participants is not much different from this figure for female participants.
Finally, the pie chart shows that 62% of all participants feel satisfied with the design of this new shopping and 17% feel very satisfied. Besides, the percentage of those who feel unhappy and make no comments with this design is 10% and 11% respectively.
