The tables provide information, giving registered trade of bananas and coffee in UK, Switzerland, Denmark, Belgium, and Sweden over a period from 1999 to 2004. Overall, it’s clear that, there are the highest banana and coffee sales in United Kingdom as well. Surprisingly, share of two products increased over a period, while Belgium and Sweden, contrary decreased the sales of bananas.
On the one hand, the most noticeable changes in sales were in UK. In 1999 coffee sales were in amount of 1,5mln while banana sales were 15 and greatly rise both of them saw in 2004, by the 20 and 47 respectively. Although, these trades in Switzerland did not change in a great demand, they also saw a climb by twice and 4,5, previously being 2 and 1, correspondingly. Denmark coffee sales with triple as much as bananas had a growth 0,2 and 3,4 each, reaching a point 6 and 4 million euros in 2004.
On the other hand, opposite trends in given years registered in banana sales. In 1999 Belgium had money turnover indicator with 1,8 million, but was decreased by 1, twice less than sales in Sweden in 1999, which was also declined, reaching 0,9 million in 2004.
