In 1980, healthcare was rated very positively, with 83% of residents considering it good, and only 7% bad.However, by 2010, health care dropped to 64% and bad ratings increased to 12%. Accommodation shows similar patterns, as positive responses fell from 65% to 56%, neutral opinions increased significantlly and negative responses decreased from 18% to 10% in 1980 and 2010 respectively. The transport system also decline from 67 in 1980 to 54 in 2010.
By contrast, beneficial response of shops fell from 81 to 75% in both years, and negative response increased minimally from 10 to 14%. Likewise, environment got good reviews, moving from 64% to 54% and fewer people considering poor.
