The tables illustrate the results of the questionnaires on six categories of living in the city during 1980 and 2010. The units are in percentage.
Overall, both in 1980 and 2010, citizens were satisfied in all of the categories especially in healthcare sector which had the highest percentage in 1980, and the education aspect which scored the most in 2010.
Regards to 1980, the majority of the people had a positive feeling toward the healthcare units of 82 percent, followed by education and environment aspects, in which both had just less than three-quarters of all the people with positive feelings. Moreover, shops and employment had around two-thirds of the positivity, and a quarter of people with a feeling of neither good nor bad. However, in the transport aspect, only just over half had positive thoughts but around a third had negative feelings toward this aspect.
Similarly, in 2010, around 70-80 percent of the people still had positive feeling toward education, the healthcare environment, and, this time, employment, along with 60 percent toward shops. However there were increases in negative thoughts in all aspects, especially in employment and transport aspects, with 23 percent and 38 percent respectively.
