Overall, education healthcare and the environment were the highest proportions in term of good services provided to people in both years. Moreover, education scores were elevated over the period in contrast to the transportation, which was fell.
In 1980, people rated education healthcare and environment the highest, with 82% considering Healthcare as good service compared to 72% satisfied with the other two services. Below 10% recorded these three services bad. For shopping and employment, the figures were close to each other, 64% and 62%, respectively. While for transportation, it was the lowest good service with approximately one third recognized it bad.
Turning to 2010, the most significant change was noticed in education and employment, with 10% increase in the satisfaction level for both Services. Nonetheless, individuals rating for healthcare and transportation was dropped to 74% and 39%, respectively. On the other hand, the percentages of shopping and environment where relatively constant compared to 1980.
