Overall, it can be seen that the highest ratesin surveys in both years took healthcare education and environment. Meanwhile transportation was the most dissatisfied aspect in opinion of citizens.
In 1980, the percentage of people who thought that medicine was on good level, was 82%. Education and environment spectrums were ranked positively by the same amount of persons which counted 72% . As for shopping and employment citizens were quite satisfied with these aspects and their percentage constituted 64% and 62% respectively. However, transport spectrum was the most unpleasant and only half of city residents though it was good.
By the year 2010, education aspect had blown up to 82% . Which was 10 % higher than previous year. Healthcare that was the peack in 1980 oppositely fell to 70 %. Environment and shops also slide to 71 and 60 percentage respectively. The employment situation changed positively and the percentage of people who were content had risen to 72%. However, the same cannot be said about transport which percentage has significantly fell to 39%.
