The two data tables present the survey in 1980 and 2010 on several aspects as good, average, or bad of city’s life in a city. The figures are given in percentage.
Overall, the three aspects (education, healthcare, and environment) gained high scores in both years in good rating. Meanwhile, the two other aspects (shops and transport) were in the low scores over the period. Furthermore, employment’s aspect rose up in the second year of survey and showed a good score.
In 1980, people rated education and environment with satisfaction over 70% then healthcare was approved as the highest score at 82%. Under 10% of respondents approved these three services were bad. In comparison, the shops and employment were below 70% in good rating with transport was rated as the lowest score at 52% by respondents. On the other hand, these three services were 15-25% in average rating while 10-35% of respondents rated these three were bad.
Turning to 2010, education and employment increased to 82% and 72% of satisfaction respectively. Furthermore, 9% of people rated education was bad and 23% approving employment was bad. By comparison, healthcare, environment, shops and transport decreased to between 35-75% as well services. Poeple approved these four services in between 10-40% were bad.
