The table illustrates survey on several aspects as good,bad and neither good nor bad for 2 different years (1980 and 2010) respectively.Units are measured in percentage.

Overall, in 1980 the highest aspect for good is healthcare with 82 percentage, whereas in 2010 it is education with 82 percentage.Conversely, it shows for both the years the aspect transport is in bad with 32 and 38 percentage respectively.Furthermore, for neither good nor bad shops aspect is the highest for both the year with 24 percentage.

The survey conducted in 1980, healthcare was in the best fit and it performed poor in transport aspect. And the neutral behavior was shown more in shops aspect. On the other hand, in good the least aspect with 52 percentage was shown in transport which leads to bad performance, and the least percentage for bad was education aspect with 5 percentage and for neutral it was healthcare with 10 percentage.

Comparatively, the survey for 2010 year, the good performance was done in the aspect of education with 82 percentage and bad performance in transport with 34 % which is the same aspect in 1980 year.The in-between behavior was shown for shops with 24% .And with the least performace in good,bad and neither good nor bad with for aspects transport,employment and education with 39%,5% and 9% respectively.
