The two tables illustrate a portion of the final results of 2 surveys which were done on different aspects of city living in a specific city in 1980 and 2010.
Overall, healthcare, education, and the environment were given the highest scores in both years, and transport facilities received the lowest. When the educational aspect rose in 2010, transport fell significantly. The features are measured in percentage.
In 1980, people rated education, healthcare, and the environment the highest, with over 72%, while the other three were rated less than 65%. However, education, healthcare, and the environment illustrated the lowest percentage for bad (5-8%). All aspects showed the portion from 10% to 24% for neither good nor bad, whereas shopping, employment, and transportation people surveyed less than 32%.
By 2010, the positive responses for education and employment had increased dramatically by 10%. In contrast, the proportion of city livers who rated healthcare and transport positively fell by 8% and 13%, respectively.
