Moreover, sales of adult fiction books contributed to a quarter, followed by children’s fiction at 22% in 1992. In contrast, there was a decline in sales of biography to 15% and other genres to 20% that year. Besides, fiction books for adults reached the peak of 45%, while the same genre for children rose to 25%.
