The pictures illustrate the designs of the different kinds of bridges with a full technique display of the structural elements and their dimensions. Overall, each kind of bridge has their own distinctive layout and is built over different water regions.
With regards to the location of the arch bridge, this kind bridge is mainly established over the lake. Moreover, the arch bridge is the smallest with no more than 100m in height and 200m in length which í suitable for small ships to move through.
By contrast, the concrete girder bridge is constructed 200m in height higher than the arch bridge, which allows middle size ship to pass on the river. Additionally, there are multiple piers to bear the concrete road for vehicles to transport on the top road and the maximum distance between each of them is 200m.It is striking to note that by taking advantage of the piers, this kind of bridge has unlimited extent of length.
Being the largest structure of three kinds, suspension bridge is over 2000m long and has a great depth long down to the sea. Moreover, it is supported by the huge piers on both ends with the cable suspenders and the distance between them is 400-2000m. It is designed for all kinds of ships, especially large vessels to travel through.
